In 2018 we purchased our first 3D printer. We now produce a many components for our racing sailing dinghies in-house including mast bearings and spinnaker pole fittings.

As a business our first capital purchase was a CNC router. This can be used for many applications from machining plywood, MDF and some plastics to cutting carbon fibre sheet.

Over the years we have used the CNC router for producing foil blanks and machining plugs for new composite moulds.

We hold stock of the materials that we use on a day to day basis. Be it resins (polyester and epoxy), gelcoats, foam cores and fabrics.
